Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Maintenance Technician – Formulations Unit
This role focuses on ensuring smooth functioning of formulation manufacturing equipment and utility systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of tablet and liquid manufacturing equipment.
- Maintaining filling lines, blending machines, labeling machines, and related production equipment.
- Handling utilities such as HVAC systems, water systems, compressed air, vacuum pumps, and plumbing.
- Ensuring compliance with EHS guidelines, safety practices, and documentation standards.
- Maintaining maintenance records, logs, and reports as per SOPs.

Skills Required
