Key Roles & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will initially undergo structured training at the Centre of Excellence and gradually transition into core production roles. Key responsibilities during training and post-induction include:
- Learning and assisting in day-to-day pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
- Operating and monitoring production equipment under supervision
- Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines
- Supporting the manufacturing of solid oral dosage forms and other formulations
- Maintaining accurate production and batch-related documentation
- Understanding equipment cleaning, setup, and changeover procedures
- Participating in quality checks during various stages of production
- Gaining exposure to shop-floor discipline, safety protocols, and compliance standards
- Coordinating with supervisors and senior operators during shift activities

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must have completed one of the following qualifications:
- ITI (Fitter, Electrical)
- Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical)
- B.Sc. (Physics or Chemistry)
- M.Sc. (Chemistry)
- D.Pharm
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics or Quality Assurance)
Experience
- Only Freshers are eligible
- No prior pharmaceutical industry experience is required
Skills Required
