Key Roles & Responsibilities

The Global Partnering Associate will support vendor lifecycle management and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution of clinical projects. Responsibilities include: Global Partnering Associate Job at Emmes Group

  • Assisting in identification, evaluation, and onboarding of GxP vendors
  • Supporting vendor qualification and risk assessment processes
  • Maintaining and updating the centralized GxP vendor database
  • Coordinating with the Contracts team for Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Collaborating with Quality Assurance (QA) for vendor audits and compliance tracking
  • Monitoring global regulations such as GDPR and other applicable laws affecting vendors

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Preferred: M.Pharm or MBA

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in:
    • Vendor Management
    • Clinical Operations
    • Project Management
      (within Pharma, Biotech, or CRO industry)

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of GxP vendor management processes
  • Knowledge of global regulations such as GDPR and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across departments
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Interest and passion for clinical research

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or MBA
