Open Positions / Department Details
The hiring drive covers multiple technical and operational roles across biologics development and manufacturing.
1. R&D – Upstream Processing (USP) & Downstream Processing (DSP)
Roles ranging from Associate to Team Lead levels focusing on process development and scale-up activities.
2. Analytical R&D (AR&D)
Positions in biologics analytical characterization and method development.
3. Production – USP & DSP
Manufacturing roles involving cell culture operations, purification processes, and GMP production activities.
4. Production – Filling Operations
Roles in aseptic filling, vial processing, sterilization, and lyophilization environments.
5. Labelling & Packing
Operational roles handling packaging supervision, labelling accuracy, and compliance with serialization systems.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
R&D – USP & DSP
- Develop and optimize biologics production processes
- Conduct scale-up and process characterization studies
- Support technology transfer from development to manufacturing
- Perform chromatography-based purification workflows
- Participate in QbD and DoE-based process studies
Analytical R&D
- Develop and validate analytical methods for biologics
- Conduct protein characterization and stability testing
- Work with advanced analytical tools such as HPLC/UPLC and CE
- Support regulatory documentation and method validation reports
- Perform product quality and comparability studies
Production – USP & DSP
- Operate bioreactors and single-use systems
- Handle mammalian cell culture processes
- Execute downstream purification including TFF and chromatography
- Maintain GMP documentation and batch records
- Handle deviations, change controls, and CAPA processes
Filling Operations
- Manage aseptic vial filling and sealing processes
- Perform sterilization and depyrogenation activities
- Operate lyophilizers and sterile filling equipment
- Maintain aseptic area compliance and documentation
- Ensure adherence to cGMP and safety protocols
Labelling & Packing
- Supervise packaging line operations
- Ensure compliance with serialization and track-and-trace systems
- Conduct manual and automated visual inspections
- Maintain packaging documentation and QMS compliance
- Handle equipment operation and routine checks
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- M.Sc (Biotechnology or Life Sciences)
- B.Tech (Biotechnology or related fields)
- B.Pharm and other pharmacy degrees (for filling and production roles)
- Diploma, ITI, or graduation (for packing and operator-level roles)
Experience
- Freshers to experienced candidates (0–12 years depending on role)
- Entry-level opportunities available in junior and operator positions
- Mid to senior roles available for experienced biologics professionals
- Prior experience in biologics or aseptic manufacturing preferred
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of biologics manufacturing concepts
