Key Roles & Responsibilities

Bioanalytical Study Activities
- Performing method development and validation for immunoassays and ligand binding assays
- Conducting ELISA and other large molecule analytical methods as per study protocols
- Ensuring data accuracy, reproducibility, and regulatory compliance
- Processing biological samples including aliquoting, storage, and disposal
- Preparing buffers, reagents, standards, and controls
- Maintaining accurate raw data and laboratory records aligned with GLP/GCLP standards
- Operating instruments such as microplate readers and washers
Cell Culture Laboratory Work
- Performing cell-based assays under regulated study frameworks
- Handling routine cell culture tasks including thawing, passaging, and seeding

General Laboratory Responsibilities
- Preparing laboratory consumables and reagents
- Supporting SOP preparation and revisions
- Assisting in inventory and consumable management
- Participating in equipment calibration and maintenance support
- Reporting deviations, OOS results, and safety incidents

Eligibility Criteria
Education
