Key Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Operating production and packing equipment in assigned sections
- Assisting in granulation, blending, coating, dispensing, blister, strip, and CVC operations
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines
- Supporting batch execution as per approved procedures
- Performing routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
- Maintaining production and packing documentation accurately
- Coordinating with team members to meet production targets
- Following shift schedules and operational discipline within the plant
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Operator / Technical Assistant:
- 12th Pass or ITI
- Technical Supervisor / Officer:
- B.Pharm
- B.Sc
- M.Sc
Experience
- Minimum 6 months experience in pharmaceutical production or packing
- Maximum 3 years for operator/assistant roles
- Maximum 2 years for supervisor/officer roles
- Prior exposure to pharma manufacturing units is preferred
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of GMP and safety practices
- Willingness to learn and work in shift-based operations
