Investigator Payment Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate tracking of investigator payments using CTMS platforms.
- Review and validate payment schedules based on subject visit data and contractual milestones.

- Address payment queries and ensure they are directed to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate delays or discrepancies in investigator compensation.

- Ensure accurate CTMS configurations before release to study teams.
Investigator Grants Management
- Develop investigator grant budgets using industry-standard platforms.
- Analyze clinical study protocols to estimate fair and competitive site budgets.
- Provide preliminary budget projections for sponsors and internal stakeholders.
- Apply Fair Market Value principles during budget preparation.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to resolve system-related issues.
- Maintain budget tracking dashboards and ensure timely reporting.
- Manage user access and permissions across grant management tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with clinical operations, project management, and finance teams.
