Key Roles & Responsibilities
Production (API)
- Execute batch manufacturing activities as per SOPs and BMR
- Operate and monitor process equipment and parameters
- Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for smooth production processes
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform analysis using HPLC, GC, and wet lab techniques
- Test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Maintain GLP compliance and ensure data integrity
- Handle deviations, OOS results, and documentation
Engineering (Electrical)
- Maintain and troubleshoot plant electrical systems
- Ensure uninterrupted utilities and automation systems
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Support installation, commissioning, and equipment validation

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry)
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical or relevant field)
Experience
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in pharma industry
- Experience in API manufacturing, QC analysis, or plant engineering preferred
Skills Required
Candidates should possess:
- Knowledge of cGMP / GLP guidelines
- Hands-on experience with production or QC instruments (HPLC, GC, etc.)
- Technical knowledge of electrical systems (for engineering roles)
- Strong documentation and compliance understanding
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
