Production Executive – Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day production activities related to plasma fractionation or downstream purification processes.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in plasma processing, filtration, chromatography, and purification steps.
- Follow approved SOPs, batch manufacturing records (BMRs), and safety guidelines during production operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all production activities as per GMP requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental controls in manufacturing areas.
- Support process optimization, yield improvement, and troubleshooting activities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams for in-process checks, deviations, and batch release activities.
- Participate in equipment cleaning, validation support, and change control implementation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations related to plasma-derived products and biologics manufacturing.
- Assist during audits, inspections, and internal reviews by providing required documentation and operational support.
- Adhere strictly to data integrity principles, safety standards, and company quality policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- M.Sc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related life sciences
- B.E / B.Tech in Biotechnology or relevant engineering disciplines
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in biopharmaceutical or biotech production.
- Prior exposure to plasma fractionation, downstream processing, or biologics manufacturing is highly preferred.
Important:

Skills Required
