Key Roles & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for handling regulated bioanalytical operations in compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines. Major responsibilities include: Hiring Research Associate Executive Jobs
- Performing bioanalytical experiments related to small molecule studies including method development and validation.
- Processing biological samples as per approved study protocols and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Preparing Study Test Protocols (STPs), Method Validation (MV) protocols, and sample analysis documentation.
- Conducting study sample analysis and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Operating and maintaining analytical instruments such as LC-MS/MS and HPLC systems.
- Coordinating with maintenance teams in case of instrument malfunction or laboratory utility issues.
- Ensuring proper documentation of experimental data in line with regulatory requirements.
- Adhering to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines.
- Participating in scientific discussions related to assigned projects.
- Ensuring compliance with ALCOA++ principles for data integrity.
- Responding to Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) observations in a timely manner.
- Identifying potential experimental risks and proactively planning mitigation strategies.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutics or other related Life Sciences discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates with strong academic backgrounds in pharmaceutical sciences, analytical chemistry, or related domains will be preferred.
Experience
- Prior hands-on experience in small molecule bioanalytical studies under regulated laboratory settings is mandatory.
- Experience working in a Bioanalytical CRO laboratory will be considered an added advantage.
- Exposure to BA/BE studies and regulatory documentation is desirable.
