Key Roles & Responsibilities
As an IND Analyst – Health Broking, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting consultants and internal stakeholders by delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality analytical and administrative outputs. Key responsibilities include: IND Analyst Health Broking Jobs
- Assisting senior analysts and operations managers in executing client deliverables aligned with defined service levels and timelines
- Supporting US Health and Benefits projects related to renewals, requests for proposals (RFPs), and benchmarking exercises
- Reviewing health plan documents and insurance proposals to capture benefit structures and plan designs in internal systems
- Updating and maintaining policy-level information within proprietary databases and tools
- Preparing analytical reports comparing premiums, claims performance, loss ratios, and plan attributes
- Analyzing healthcare product information received from insurance vendors and onshore consulting teams
- Coordinating between onshore consultants and insurance carriers to ensure clarity and accuracy of information
- Managing shared mailboxes and responding to internal or external queries with proper documentation
- Ensuring quality checks, issue resolution, and follow-ups as part of daily operational activities
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and sharing recommendations with the team
- Following defined methodologies, documentation standards, and internal operating procedures
- Continuously improving technical and functional knowledge through internal training and learning programs

- Graduate degree in any discipline
- Technical or engineering graduates are not eligible for this role
Experience
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
- Freshers with strong analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply
Skills Required
Candidates should possess a combination of analytical ability, communication skills, and basic technical proficiency, including:
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, including:
- Text functions (LEFT, LEN)
- Mathematical functions (SUM, PRODUCT)
- Statistical functions (AVERAGE, COUNT)
- Logical functions (IF, OR)
- Lookup functions
- Basic proficiency in creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations
- Clear and professional business communication skills (email and calls)
- Strong command of written and spoken English

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation
- Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and methodologies
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup and evening shift
- Knowledge of VBA macros or stakeholder management is an added advantage
