Key Roles & Responsibilities
Operational & Communication Support
- Coordinate with investigator sites through email and other communication channels

- Assist investigator sites with queries related to processes and systems

Administrative & Logistics Support
- Prepare airway bills and shipping documentation
- Track and resolve incorrect sample deliveries
- Monitor specimen shipment status and request pending shipments
- Support login and access issues for investigator or sponsor portals
Query Resolution & Data Management
- Update internal databases with accurate site information
- Escalate critical issues to global coordinators when required
