Key Roles & Responsibilities
Candidates selected for this position will be responsible for end-to-end medical device labeling activities across international markets. Core responsibilities include: Labelling Specialist Jobs in at Tata Elxsi

- Managing labeling data across multiple product lines, regions, and versions

- Ensuring labeling compliance with ISO 13485 quality management standards
- Collaborating closely with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams
- Supporting change control, version management, and document lifecycle activities
- Reviewing and approving labeling components including IFUs, artwork, cartons, and packaging labels
- Ensuring accuracy, traceability, and timely updates of labeling information
- Participating in audits, inspections, and internal quality reviews related to labeling processes
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within labeling and documentation workflows
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Pharmacy
- Biomedical Engineering
- Life Sciences
- Biotechnology or related technical fields
Experience
- 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in medical device labeling
- Prior experience working in ISO 13485–compliant environments is essential
- Exposure to global regulatory markets is an advantage
Skills Required
- Strong working knowledge of medical device labeling systems and tools
- Practical understanding of ISO 13485 and medical device regulatory requirements
- Experience handling labeling change management and version control
- Excellent documentation and review skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple labeling projects simultaneously
