Key Roles & Responsibilities
While responsibilities vary by department, selected candidates will broadly be responsible for: Lyka Labs Hiring QC QA Production Engineering
- Executing departmental activities in line with GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards
- Performing analytical testing and documentation (HPLC, microbiology, validation)
- Managing validation activities for equipment, systems, and processes
- Operating and maintaining utilities such as water systems and HVAC
- Supporting injectable and formulation production operations
- Ensuring accurate batch documentation and compliance reporting
- Managing inventory, material receipt, storage, and issuance (Stores)
- Supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations
Note: These roles require hands-on pharmaceutical manufacturing experience. Freshers are not eligible.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology)
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.E (Mechanical/Electrical) / Diploma
- ITI (HVAC)
- B.Com / B.A (Stores roles)
Experience
- Mandatory experience: 2 to 16 years (role-specific)
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical formulations or injectables is required
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of GMP, validation, and compliance practices
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, microbiology, utilities, or production systems
- Documentation accuracy and audit readiness
- Ability to work in regulated, shift-based plant environments
- Good communication and coordination skills
