Key Roles & Responsibilities
Shift Incharge
- Supervise and manage production activities during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety regulations
- Handle manpower planning and shift allocation
- Maintain production records and reports
Trainee Chemist

- Monitor production parameters and maintain logs
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Support senior team members in daily operations
Trainee Supervisor
