Key Roles & Responsibilities
The Clinical Data Associate will support clinical trial data activities while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely project delivery. Novotech Hiring Clinical Data Associate
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Entering clinical trial data accurately into Clinical Data Management (CDM) systems
- Tracking case report forms (CRFs), data entry progress, and query status
- Assisting in reviewing, raising, and resolving data queries in coordination with monitors and sponsors
- Supporting database testing, edit checks, and data validation activities
- Assisting with data reconciliation, coding activities, and electronic data transfers
- Generating routine reports, listings, and study status updates
- Maintaining effective communication with lead CDMs and cross-functional project teams
- Participating in project meetings and preparing meeting agendas and minutes
- Supporting study tracking systems related to CRF flow, query management, and safety reporting
- Contributing to documentation, administrative tasks, and process improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs, GCDMP guidelines, ICH-GCP standards, and internal quality policies

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Pharm.D
- B.Sc
- M.Sc
- Life Sciences or related clinical research disciplines
Experience
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in clinical research, data management, or related areas
- Freshers are also eligible and encouraged to apply
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of clinical trials and clinical data management concepts
- Familiarity with CDM systems and clinical research documentation (preferred)
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as ICH-GCP and GCDMP (added advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional project teams
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced clinical research environment
