Pharmacovigilance Operations (ICSR Processing)

- Preparing Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) forms and case narratives
- Conducting follow-ups and query management for incomplete cases
- Ensuring accurate causality, seriousness, and expectedness assessments
Safety Reporting & Compliance
- Submitting Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) to regulatory authorities
- Supporting periodic safety report submissions and compliance tracking
- Maintaining reporting timelines and regulatory standards
- Assisting in audit preparation and inspection readiness
Literature Review & Signal Detection
- Performing literature searches based on defined strategies
- Screening scientific articles for potential adverse events or safety signals
- Supporting signal detection and safety evaluation processes
Regulatory & Affiliate Support
- Assisting with product registrations and regulatory database updates
- Supporting safety data exchange with global affiliates
- Maintaining compliance with local and global regulatory requirements
Quality & Documentation
- Performing quality checks on safety data and reports
