This position is part of the Medical Information Contact Center team, supporting scientifically accurate and compliant communication with healthcare stakeholders. Pharmacovigilance Medical Information
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Candidates selected for this role will be responsible for handling medical information and pharmacovigilance-related activities in a regulated environment. Core responsibilities include:
- Responding to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams through phone calls and emails
- Providing accurate, balanced, and scientifically supported responses in line with approved reference materials
- Documenting and tracking medical inquiries as per internal SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, turnaround time (TAT), and audit-readiness expectations
- Collaborating with Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs teams
- Maintaining confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance with global pharma standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the MICC and drug safety processes
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Applicants must hold qualifications in Pharmacy or Life Sciences, including:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Pharm.D
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences or related disciplines
Experience
- 1 to 8 years of experience in any of the following areas:
- Medical Information or MICC roles
- Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety
- Voice or call center processes within healthcare or pharma domains
Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle scientific and medical queries professionally
- Working knowledge of SOPs, compliance standards, and quality systems
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Exposure to global clients or international processes is an added advantage
Salary & Benefits
- CTC Range: ₹3,00,000 to ₹10,00,000 per annum
(Salary will depend on experience, skill set, and interview performance)
