Key Roles & Responsibilities
Pharmacovigilance Operations
- Support pharmacovigilance activities related to monitoring the safety of marketed pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure that adverse event (AE) documentation is completed accurately according to company SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage and maintain records related to adverse event reporting and safety monitoring processes.
- Assist in the preparation and review of safety reports for internal documentation and regulatory purposes.
Adverse Event Reporting
- Complete adverse event reporting forms and ensure accurate capture of safety information.
- Follow up with relevant teams to obtain missing or incomplete safety data when required.
- Maintain proper documentation for all adverse event reports and ensure timely submission to appropriate stakeholders.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with the sales team and global pharmacovigilance teams regarding safety-related communications and follow-ups.
- Conduct telephonic and email follow-ups with field teams to collect required safety information.
- Share necessary safety updates and documentation with relevant internal departments.
Quality & Compliance
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) department to share batch analysis reports and relevant safety documents with sales teams.
- Support internal pharmacovigilance audits and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure that national pharmacovigilance requirements and regulatory guidelines are followed at all times.
Data Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain monthly records and logs of pharmacovigilance communications and safety reporting activities.
- Conduct local literature searches to identify potential safety signals related to pharmaceutical products when required.
- Assist in managing pharmacovigilance training systems for territory-based staff to ensure compliance with safety reporting procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates should possess one of the following qualifications:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Pharm.D
- M.Sc or equivalent degree in Life Sciences
