Key Roles & Responsibilities
Candidates selected for this role will be responsible for managing and executing multiple engineering projects within the organization. The major responsibilities include: Projects Manager Job at Jubilant Biosys
- Leading execution of ongoing projects including both greenfield and brownfield developments
- Managing project parameters such as timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards
- Preparing and analyzing MIS reports related to project progress and cost tracking
- Monitoring planned versus actual project schedules and ensuring timely delivery
- Conducting regular project review meetings with stakeholders
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensuring availability of necessary resources, materials, and equipment at project sites
- Establishing and managing inspection processes including Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
- Supervising installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities
- Collaborating with supply chain teams for procurement and timely delivery of equipment
- Driving engineering execution across different disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, and process engineering
- Ensuring compliance with design specifications, regulatory standards, and safety guidelines
- Maintaining proper documentation and reporting throughout project lifecycle
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical or related discipline)
Experience
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in project execution
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or industrial project environments is highly preferred
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience in handling large-scale infrastructure or plant projects
