Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manufacturing Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Monitor manufacturing and packaging activities to ensure compliance with cGMP standards
- Perform in-process checks during dispensing, production, and packaging stages
- Provide line clearance before initiating batch activities
- Ensure adherence to gowning and hygiene procedures
- Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and pressure
Documentation & Quality Systems
- Review batch-related documents such as BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and BPR (Batch Packaging Record)
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation practices
- Assist in preparation, revision, and control of SOPs
- Handle documentation lifecycle including issuance, archival, and retrieval under QMS
Sampling & Validation Support
- Conduct sampling of in-process, finished, and stability batches
- Support validation activities including process validation and verification
- Ensure proper handling and tracking of control samples
Equipment & Compliance
- Verify calibration status and qualification of equipment used in production
- Ensure equipment compliance before line clearance
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules
Quality Systems & Regulatory Activities
- Assist in handling deviations, change controls, and incident reporting
- Support product complaints and recall procedures
- Participate in preparation of APQR (Annual Product Quality Review)
- Maintain vendor documentation and product-related records
- Support regulatory documentation and compliance activities
Training & Audit Support
