Key Roles & Responsibilities

As a Specialist in Quality Services (Product Complaints), your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end handling of product technical complaints (PTCs) and field alerts
  • Evaluating complaint severity, risk, and ensuring timely processing
  • Handling complaints related to pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, and combination products
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and commercial operations
  • Maintaining complaint records in quality databases and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Conducting batch genealogy and recurrence analysis

Eligibility Criteria

Education

Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in quality assurance, complaint handling, or QMS is preferred
