Key Roles & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting clinical research activities and ensuring smooth execution of study-related operations. Key responsibilities include: Research Associate Jobs in Bangalore
- Reviewing and interpreting clinical trial protocols to understand study objectives, timelines, and operational requirements
- Creating and managing study calendars aligned with protocol milestones and sponsor expectations
- Preparing and reviewing site-level budgets based on clinical trial agreements and approved sponsor budgets
- Ensuring study documentation complies with regulatory, protocol, and contractual guidelines
- Coordinating with internal clinical operations teams, sponsors, and site stakeholders
- Supporting study start-up, ongoing trial management, and operational readiness activities
- Maintaining accurate records related to study activities, budgets, and timelines
- Identifying discrepancies in protocol requirements and escalating issues appropriately
- Assisting in process improvement initiatives related to clinical research operations
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D)
- Life Sciences
- Biotechnology
- Clinical Research or related disciplines
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)
- Site-level Clinical Research Associate
- Clinical Data Management
- Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety
- Clinical Records Management
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and site operations
- Ability to analyze study protocols and translate them into operational plans
- Knowledge of clinical trial budgeting and contract fundamentals
- Good documentation and record management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset
