Key Roles & Responsibilities
The Executive β Production will be responsible for managing shift operations, manpower allocation, production planning, quality compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within tablet manufacturing operations. Sanofi Hiring Executive Production
Production Execution & Resource Management
- Managing manpower and time resources efficiently during assigned shifts
- Allocating production activities to operators as per approved production plans
- Ensuring availability of accessories, tools, and resources required for completion of activities
- Maintaining discipline, productivity, and compliance on the shop floor
- Ensuring scheduled output targets are achieved within standard time

Production Planning & Scheduling
- Receiving production plans from Production Manager and executing them effectively
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely completion of manufacturing plans
- Planning and managing changeovers to maximize equipment utilization
- Ensuring continuous material flow between dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, and packing
- Monitoring WIP levels and ensuring accurate documentation in SAP
Quality Compliance & Documentation
- Ensuring manufacturing activities comply with SOPs, BMRs, and quality standards
- Identifying and reporting quality defects during online production checks
- Adhering to AQL requirements and GMP guidelines
- Compiling, reviewing, and submitting Batch Manufacturing Records to Quality Assurance
- Ensuring good documentation practices for BMRs, logbooks, and equipment records
- Maintaining data integrity and audit readiness at all times
Shift Handover & Communication
- Conducting effective shift handovers with supervisors and operators
- Communicating critical product and process information during shift changes
- Using status boards and direct communication to share vital manufacturing updates

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, cycle time, and capacity utilization
- Updating OEE and equipment performance data
- Supporting Lean and process excellence initiatives through accurate data collection
- Developing action plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
Training & People Development
- Ensuring self-training on relevant SOPs before task execution
- Training and mentoring operators and new joiners on GMP, HSE, and shop-floor practices
- Supporting training activities related to new product introduction and technology transfer
- Guiding team members on validation documentation and manufacturing processes
HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Compliance
- Ensuring strict adherence to site HSE systems and safety policies
- Promoting safe working practices and zero-incident culture
- Conducting daily safety discussions and QDCI meetings
- Supporting departmental safety committee activities
- Identifying unsafe conditions and implementing corrective actions
- Training team members to achieve zero LTI and IWLT
New Product Introduction & Validation
- Supporting new product introduction and technology transfer at the Goa site
- Preparing validation protocols for pilot, engineering, and commercial batches
- Executing validation activities as per approved protocols
- Preparing and reviewing validation reports
- Updating MFRs and BMRs based on post-validation changes

Quality Events, CAPA & Change Control
- Supporting investigations related to deviations, OOS, and OOT
- Implementing and tracking CAPA effectiveness
- Managing change control activities and ensuring timely closure
- Supporting SOP revisions and documentation updates
- Assisting in equipment qualification (URS, PQ protocols, reports)
- Coordinating with QA and other departments for compliance activities
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- B.Pharm from a recognized university or institution
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical tablet manufacturing
- Hands-on exposure to granulation, dispensing, compression, and audits is mandatory
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of tablet manufacturing processes
- Experience in granulation, compression, and shop-floor operations
- Exposure to regulatory audits and GMP compliance
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
