Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a Scientific Communication Executive, the selected candidate will be responsible for representing the company’s brands in assigned territories and building professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders. Scientific Communication Executive Job
Key responsibilities include:
- Visiting doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare institutions as per daily call plans
- Presenting scientific information and product benefits accurately and confidently
- Promoting assigned brands in line with company strategy and ethical guidelines
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales objectives for the allocated territory
- Developing strong professional rapport with doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders
- Implementing promotional campaigns and brand-building initiatives
- Ensuring regular follow-ups to enhance prescription generation
- Collecting market intelligence related to competitor activity, pricing, and new launches
- Submitting timely daily call reports, sales data, and feedback to reporting managers
- Participating in training programs, cycle meetings, and review discussions
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- B.Sc. (Biology or Life Sciences)
- B.Pharm
- MBA (Marketing or Pharma Management) will be considered an added advantage
Candidates must have completed their graduation from a recognized university.
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with 6 months to 1+ year of pharmaceutical sales or healthcare promotion experience will have an advantage
