- Communicate experimental progress and results through presentations, discussions, and documentation within the department.
- Ensure adherence to established SOPs, safety guidelines, and data integrity principles.
- Proactively identify technical or experimental risks and propose scientifically sound mitigation strategies.
- Support long-term project planning by forecasting assay readiness, resource needs, and potential bottlenecks.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related disciplines (MSc, MS, MTech or equivalent).
- Academic background in immunology, oncology, or heme-oncology is strongly preferred.
Experience
- Relevant laboratory or industry experience in translational research, preclinical biology, or related scientific domains.
- Prior exposure to pharmaceutical or biotechnology research environments is an added advantage.
Skills Required
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong hands-on expertise in mammalian cell culture, primary cell isolation, transfection techniques, and single-cell cloning.
- Practical experience with gene modulation technologies such as siRNA, CRISPR, TALEN, or HDR-based workflows.
- Knowledge of gene expression analysis including qRT-PCR and familiarity with RNA sequencing technologies.
- Understanding of epigenetic and chromatin-based techniques such as methylation analysis and ChIP assays.
- Proficiency in protein analysis and immunoassays including ELISA, MSD, Luminex, CBA, TSA, and flow cytometry.
- Experience in designing and executing in vivo pharmacology studies for autoimmune diseases, solid tumors, or heme-oncology models.
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and scientific interpretation capabilities.
- Working knowledge of commonly used scientific software and data analysis tools.
