Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Medical & Scientific Support
- Provide scientific input for Cardio-Diabetes and specialty therapy portfolios
- Interpret clinical trial data, treatment guidelines, and real-world evidence
- Support research initiatives and medical projects
- Maintain detailed documentation of medical activities
2. KOL Engagement & Scientific Communication
- Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and academic institutions
- Present approved scientific data to healthcare professionals
- Assist in organizing advisory boards and scientific meetings
- Facilitate structured scientific discussions and round-table engagements
3. Training & Medical Education
- Conduct medical training programs for internal teams and field force
- Support Continuing Medical Education (CME) initiatives
- Ensure scientific accuracy and compliance in educational materials
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, R&D, Clinical Research, and leadership teams
- Support multidisciplinary projects within a matrix organization
- Provide medical review and feedback on promotional materials
5. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
- Review promotional and scientific materials for medical accuracy
- Maintain alignment with pharmacovigilance and regulatory guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications:
- Pharm D
- M.Pharm
- B.Pharm
- BDS
- MBBS
- Degree in Life Sciences
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, or related roles
- Clinical research exposure preferred
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Cardio-Diabetes pharmacology and disease management
- Ability to interpret and communicate clinical trial outcomes
- Medical writing and presentation expertise
