Key Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will actively support and execute quality systems, laboratory controls, and compliance activities across manufacturing operations.
Quality Assurance Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO, and applicable regulatory standards
- Preparation, review, approval, and control of SOPs, protocols, formats, and quality records
- Implementation and monitoring of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Handling deviations, change control procedures, risk assessments, and CAPA activities
- Supporting internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
- Reviewing batch manufacturing records, validation documents, and quality reports
- Conducting GMP and quality compliance training for production and laboratory staff

Quality Control Responsibilities
- Performing or supervising analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Ensuring testing is conducted as per approved specifications and analytical methods
- Reviewing and approving Certificates of Analysis (COA) and laboratory documentation
- Investigating OOS, OOT, and other laboratory non-conformances
- Ensuring proper calibration, qualification, and maintenance of QC instruments
- Maintaining laboratory safety, data integrity, and housekeeping standards
- Supporting stability studies and routine laboratory activities as required
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- B.Sc
- M.Sc
Degrees in pharmaceutical chemistry, quality assurance, or related disciplines will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year and maximum 5 years of experience in QA and/or QC roles
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing units is mandatory
- Exposure to regulatory audits and GMP documentation is highly desirable
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and pharmaceutical quality systems
- Excellent documentation and compliance management skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with regulatory expectations and inspection readiness
- Ability to work independently in a manufacturing site environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
