Key Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be actively involved in formulation research activities related to injectable and other non-oral dosage forms. Responsibilities include both laboratory execution and technical documentation aligned with regulatory expectations. Sun Pharma Hiring for Executive FRD Non Oral
- Perform formulation development activities for non-oral dosage forms, including injectables, lyophilized products, and solution-based formulations.
- Conduct detailed literature reviews to support product development strategies and ensure alignment with current regulatory guidelines.
- Plan and execute pre-formulation and formulation experiments using a Quality by Design (QbD) framework.
- Maintain accurate and compliant laboratory notebooks documenting experimental data, observations, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with procurement, packaging, and purchase teams for sourcing APIs, excipients, packaging components, and reference products.
- Prepare and submit applications related to testing licenses, analysis permissions, and regulatory requirements for new and reference products.
- Generate internal documentation such as technical requests, inter-office memorandums, and sample analysis requests for APIs, excipients, and finished products.
- Develop stability study protocols, execute stability programs, and prepare stability reports as per regulatory expectations.
- Draft, review, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory instruments, equipment, and processes.
- Compile and maintain critical development data required during internal audits, regulatory inspections, and technology transfers.
- Prepare technology transfer documentation, including master formula records, risk assessment documents, FMEA, CPP and CQA evaluations, and safety data sheets.
- Support scale-up activities, exhibit batches, and commercial manufacturing trials in coordination with plant teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as analytical development, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and manufacturing to resolve project-related challenges.
- Participate in laboratory management activities, instrument handling, and shared team responsibilities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal quality systems, data integrity principles, and compliance standards at all times.

Education
- Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Pharmaceutics or a relevant specialization is mandatory.
Experience
